• Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

• Force Majeure: Texshield is not liable for delays, failures, or breaches caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including cyberattacks by third parties, natural disasters, government actions, or global network disruptions.
